Very proud to introduce: Hussein!

What do Madonna and Nespresso machines have in common? They were both part of today's Strategy lecture, which I really enjoyed because it was both theoretical, practical and humorous. I understand Finance and Microeconomics and Financial Accounting are necessary, interesting subjects in their own right and so far I've enjoyed the first two subjects (FA is on the agenda for tomorrow), but I'm so definitely more of a (dare I say it and use that awful word) 'people-person'. Strategy and Managing Organsational Behaviour are the two courses that speak most to me, although I've already tried and tested the old adage that it's often the professor that makes something interesting, not necessarily the subject alone. I'll try and test that hypothesis some more tomorrow at Financial Accounting (morning) and Managing Organisational Behaviour.

It is with great pride (he's in my stream!) that I'm posting the following link: Hussein Kanji, a fellow London Business School 007, is an official Business Week Journal writer! I encourage everyone to have a look at his first entry (and the next ones as they appear), he's not only got a CV to die for, but on top of that, he's an allround nice guy too and I'm so glad he's in my class (and no, I did not just write this because I suspect he might be reading this!).

Gotta run, I've yet to finish my Ethics assignment which is due tomorrow and I'm only halfway through.

Argh!!
I was about to blog about Hussein but you beat me at it. I guess that’s what I get for going to the Wine and Cheese club party tonight.
